Hepatit A virus infeksiyonu ile bağlantılı nefrotik sendrom
Hepatit A tüm dünyada sıkça görülen, hemen her zaman fekal-oral yolla bulaşan bir infeksiyondur. Genellikle gürültülü bir klinik tablo ile başlayarak, hafif bir gidiş gösterir. Hepatit A virus infeksiyonuna bağlı hafif proteinüri ve mikroskopik hematüri görülebilmektedir. Nefrotik sendrom ender olarak bildirilmektedir. Bu makalede hepatit A infeksiyonuna bağlı nefrotik sendrom geliştiği düşünülen sekiz yaşındaki bir kız vaka sunuldu. Hepatit A virus infeksiyonu nefrotik sendroma neden olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle, nefrotik sendromlu vakalarda ayırıcı tanıda düşünülmelidir.
Nephrotic syndrome associated with hepatitis A virus
Hepatitis A is a common worldwide seen infection which is transmitted by fecal-oral route. It usually begins with acute symptoms, but continues insidiously. Mild proteinuria and microscopic hematuria can be seen as a result of hepatitis A infection. Nephrotic syndrome is rarely reported. An 8 year-old girl who has developed nephrotic syndrome due to hepatitis A infection is presented. Hepatitis A virus infection may cause nephrotic syndrome, thus it must be the in considered differential diagnosis of patients with nephrotic syndrome.
