The aim of this study is to examine the literature which is on the relationship between union renewal and the adoption of trade unions to information and communication Technologies. The main expected outcome of this study is to bring some questions and suggestive arguments to be able to discuss new communication technologies phenomenon and conceptualization of the relationship between trade unions and new communication technologies in a more comprehensive way
