Elektronik Burun Sistemlerinin Tasarım İlkeleri

Biyolojik materyallerden yayılan uçucu bileşenleri değerlendirerek, bunların çeşitli özelliklerini belirleyen elektronik burun sistemleri gıda sektörü, çevre kontrolü, insan sağlığı gibi birçok alanda kullanılma olanağı bulmuştur. Bir elektronik burun sistemi, farklı özelliklerin belirlenmesine yarayan sensörler, sinyal toplama ünitesi ve örnek tanımlama yazılımından oluşur. Ticari olarak satılan eburunlar mevcut olmakla birlikte, yüksek maliyetli ve kullanımları zordur. Bu nedenle daha ekonomik ve basit sistemlerin geliştirilmesi gereklidir. Bu çalışma, e-burun sistemlerinin geliştirilmesi, örnek tanımlama modellerinin oluşturulması ve uygulanması için detaylı bilgiler sağlamak amacıyla sunulmuştur
