NÖTROFİL/LENFOSİT VE PLATELET/LENFOSİT ORANLARI AZOOSPERMİ VE ANORMAL SPERM PARAMETRELERİ İÇİN PREDİKTİF MARKER OLARAK KULLANILABİLİR Mİ?

Amaç: Erkek faktörlü infertiite toplunda sık karşılaşılan bir durumdur. Bu çalışmada amacımız basit ve ucuzbir tetkik olan tam kan sayımı parametrelerini kullanarak, pro-inflmatuar belirteçler olan nötrofi/lenfositve platelet/lenfosit oranlarının, azoospermi, oligoastenozoospermi ve normal sperm parametrelerinde predikti olarak kullanılabilirliğini araştımaktı.Materyal ve Metod: Kliniğimize erkek faktörlü infertiite araştıılması nedeniyle başvurmuş ve çalışma kriterlerini sağlayan 358 hastanın kayıtları retrospekti olarak incelendi. Hastalar Azoospermi grubu (Grup 1),Oligoastenoteratozoospermi grubu (Grup 2), Normal sperm parametrelerine sahip grup (Grup 3) olmak üzere üç gruba ayrıldı. Gruplar nötrofi, lenfosit, platelet değerleri ile nötrofi/lenfosit oranı ve platelet/lenfositoranları açısından karşılaştııldı.Bulgular: Demografi veriler ile nötrofi, lenfosit ve platelet değerleri açısından gruplar arası anlamlı farksaptanmadı. Nötrofi/Lenfosit oranı ve Platelet/Lenfosit oranı açısından istatitisel anlamlı fark yoktu (sı-rasıyala p: 0,745, p: 0,998).Sonuç: Azospermi ve oligoastenoteratozoospermi olasılığını öngörebilmek için NLO ve PLO değerlerini predikti bir marker olarak kullanılmasını önermiyoruz.

Is It Possible to Use Neutrofi/Lymphocyte and Platelet/ Lymphocyte Ratio as a Predictive Marker for Azoospermia and Abnormal Semen Parameters?

Objectie: Male factor infertiity is a common disease. In this study, we aimed to investiate the predictability of neutrophil / lymphocyte and platelet / lymphocyte ratis in azoospermic, oligoasthenozoospermic and normal semen parameters by using whole blood count parameters which are simple and inexpensive. Material and Methods: The data of 358 patints who admittd to our clinic due to male factor infertiity were investiated retrospectiely. The patints were divided into three groups as azoospermia group (Group 1), oligoastenoteratozoospermia group (Group 2) and normal group (Group 3). The groups were compared in terms of neutrophil, lymphocyte, platelet values, neutrophil / lymphocyte rati and platelet / lymphocyte ratis. Results: No signifiant diffrence was found between the groups in terms of demographic data, neutrophil, lymphocyte and platelet values. There was no statitially signifiant diffrence in Neutrophil / Lymphocyte rati and Platelet / Lymphocyte rati (p: 0.745, p: 0.998). Conclusion: We do not recommend the use of NLR and PLO to predict the probability of azoospermia and oligoasthenoteratozoospermia.
