İNTRAVİTREAL ENJEKSİYON HASTALARINDA BLEFAROSTA TİPİNİN GÖZİÇİ BASINCINA ETKİSİ

Amaç: İntravitreal enjeksiyon yapılan hastalarda kullanılan blefarosta (göz spekulumu) tiinin göz içi basıncına etkisinin incelenmesidir.Gereç-Yöntem: İntravitreal ranibizumab (IVR) 0,5 mg / 0,05 ml uygulanan 30 hastada kirpik korumasız (açık)blefarosta kullanılmış (Grup 1), 30 hastada kirpik korumalı (kapalı) blefarosta kullanılmıştı (Grup 2). İntravitreal aflbercept (IVA) 2 mg/0.05 ml uygulanan 40 hastada açık blefarosta kullanılmış (Grup 3), 40 hastadakapalı blefarosta kullanılmıştı (Grup 4) ve toplam 140 hasta değerlendirmeye alınmıştı. Blefarosta takılmadan önce göz içi basıncı (ÖGİB), takıldıktan sonra göz içi basıncı (BGİB) ve enjeksiyon sonrası göz içi basıncı(EGİB) kontakt el tonometresi ile ölçüldü. Gruplardaki ÖGİB, BGİB, EGİB değerleri ve aralarındaki farklaristatitisel olarak karşılaştııldı.Bulgular: Gruplar arasında yaş ve cinsiyet açısından anlamlı farklılık yoktu (p>0.05). ÖGİB ve BGİB değerlerifarkı hem grup 2 de hem de grup 4 de grup 3 e göre istatitisel olarak anlamlı derecede yüksekt (p değerlerisırasıyla 0.028, 0.01). Grup 2 de bu fark grup 1 ile karşılaştııldığında istatitisel olarak anlamlı olmasa dayüksekt (p=0.15). ÖGİB ve EGİB değerleri farkı grup 2 de hem grup1 hem de grup 4 den anlamlı derecedeyüksekt (sırasıyla p değerleri 0.003, 0.028). BGİB ve EGİB değerleri farkı grup 2 de hem grup 1 hem de grup4 den anlamlı derecede yüksekt (sırasıyla p değerleri 0.015,0.022). Bu değerler açısından diğer gruplar arasında farklılık yoktu.Sonuç: ÖGİB-BGİB fark değerleri kapalı blefarosta kullanılanlarda açık olanlara göre artmıştı. EGİB değerleriÖGİB ve BGİB ile karşılaştııldığında en yüksek artı IVR ve kapalı blefarosta grubundadır. İntravitreal enjeksiyon yapılan hastalarda bu durumun göz önüne alınması gerektiini düşünmekteyiz.

The Effct of Eye Speculum Type on the Intraocular Pressure in Intravitreal Injectin Patints

Aim: Evaluatin of the effct of eye speculum type used in patints with intravitreal injectins on intraocular pressure Material-Methods: Thirty patints with intravitreal ranibizumab (IVR) 0.5 mg / 0.05 ml were treated with open eye speculum (Group 1) and 30 patints with closed eye speculum (Group 2). Intravitreal aflbercept (IVA) was used in open eye speculum in 40 patints (Group 3) and in 40 patints in closed eye speculum (Group 4). A total of 140 patints were evaluated. The intraocular pressure was measured before insertin of the eye speculum, aftr insertin and aftr intravitreal injectin with a contact hand tonometry. The differences between the values of the BIOP, AIOP and IIOP in the groups were statitially compared Results: There was no signifiant diffrence between the groups in terms of age and gender (p> 0.05). The diffrence in the values of BIOP and AIOP was statitially signifiantly higher in group 2 and group 4 than in group 3 (p values 0.028, 0.01, respectiely). In group 2 this diffrence was not statitially signifiant (p = 0.15). The diffrence between the values of BIOP and IIOP was signifiantly higher in group 2 than in group 1 and group 4 (p values 0.003, 0.028 respectiely). The diffrence in AIOP and IIOP values was higher in group 2 than in group 1 and group 4 (p values 0.015, 0.022 respectiely). There was no diffrence between these groups in terms of these values. Conclusion: The diffrence in BIOP-AIOP values compared to open ones in closed eye speculum. The highest increase in IIOP values compared to BIOP and AIOP is in IVR and closed eye speculum group. We think that this conditin should be considered in patints who are receiving intravitreal injectins
