KONFLUENT VE RETİKÜLER PAPİLLOMAZTOZİSLİ İKİ OLGU SUNUMU

Konflent ve retiüler papillomatozis, 1927 yılında Gougerot ve Carteaud tarafıdan ilk kez tanımlanmıştı. Nadir görülen bu hastalık daha çok adolesanları etkileyen, birleşmeye eğilimli retiüler paternde hiperkeratotilezyonlarla karakterizedir. Patofiyolojisi halen net olarak bilinmemektedir, tedaviye dirençlidir ve rekürrenslersık görülmektedir. Pitriyazis versikolor, akantozis nigrikans, prurigo pigmentosa, Darier hastalığı, epidermalnevüs, kutanöz amiloidoz, Dowling-Degos hastalığı, iktiozis, seboreik dermati ve parapsoriazis gibi hastalıklarda ayırıcı tanıda akla gelmelidir. KRP’nin tedavisi oldukça zordur. Tedavi seçenekleri arasında topikal ve sistemikretioidler, topikal kalsipotriol, topikal 5 florourasil, topikal antiungaller, mupirosin, topikal takrolimus, oralamoksisilin, eritromisin, azitromisin, minosiklin, fototerapi ve dermabrazyon yer almaktadır. Burada 14 yaşında ve 25 yaşında konflent ve retiüler papillomatozis tanısı konulan iki kadın olgu sunulmaktadır.

Two Case Reports With Conflent and Retiulated Papillomatosis

Conflent and retiulated papillomatosis was fist described in 1927 by Gougerot and Carteaud. It is a rare disease that predominantly affcts adolescents and is characterized by hyperkeratoti lesions that coalesce into a retiulated pattrn. Pathophysiology is stil unclear, treatment is resistant and recurrences are common. Diseases such as pityriasis versicolor, acanthosis nigricans, prurigo pigmentosa, Darier's disease, epidermal nevus, cutaneous amyloidosis, Dowling-Degos disease, ichthyosis, seborrheic dermatii and parapsoriasis should be considered in the diffrentil diagnosis. Treatment of conflent and retiulated papillomatosis is very diffilt. Treatment optins of conflent and retiulated papillomatosis included topical and systemic retioids, topical calcipotriol, topical 5 florouracil, topical antiungals, mupirocin, topical tacrolimus, oral amoxicillin, erythromycin, azithromycin, minocycline, phototherapy and dermabrasion . Here we present two cases of 14-year-old and 25-year-old female diagnosed as conflent and retiular papillomatosis.
