AKUT APANDİSİTLERDE AMELİYAT ÖNCESİ VE SONRASI CRP DEĞELERİNİN HİSTOPATOLOJİK BULGULARLA KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Akut apandisit acil cerrahi gerektien akut karın nedenlerinin başlıca nedenidir. Tanı ve tedavide gecikmeönemli komplikasyonlara yol açabilir. Serum inflmasyon belirteçleri anammez, fiik muayene ile birlikte yaygın olarak başvurulan ucuz ve ulaşılabilir tanısal araçlardır. C-reakti protein (CRP) inflmasyonda karaciğerdenen hızlı, en çok sentezlenen akut faz reaktanı olup akut apandisitde tanısal amaçlı kullanılan inflmasyonbelirteçidir. Literatürde preopereti ve postoperati CRP değerlerinin perfore olmayan akut apandisitlerin histopatolojik alt gruplarına göre karşılaştıan kısıtlı çalışma var. Bu amaçla Eylül 2008- Aralık 2008 tarihleri arasında T.C.S.B. The Comparison of Preoperatie and Postoperatie Crp Values With Histological Findings in Acute Appendiciti

Acute appendiciti is one of the leading causes of acute abdomen. The delay in diagnosis and treatment can lead to signifiant complicatins. Serum inflmmatin markers are cheap, accessible diagnosti tools commonly used along with history and physical examinatin. C-reactie protein (CRP) is the fastest, most synthesized acute phase reactant in response to inflmmatin in the liver and is the diagnosti marker for inflmmatin in acute appendiciti. There are limited studies comparing preoperatie and postoperatie CRP values of histopathological subgroups of non-perforated acute appendiciti in the literature. The preoperatie and postoperatie CRP values of patints who underwent appendectomy for acute appendiciti at the T.C.S.B. İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital General Surgery Clinic were compared with the histopathological subgroups between September to December in 2008.
