ABDOMİNAL AORT VE İLİAK ARTER ANEVRİZMA KOMPRESYONUNA SEKONDER GELİŞEN HİDROÜRETERONEFROZLU OLGUNUN, MR ÜROGRAFİ İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ : OLGU SUNUMU
Arteriyel anevrizma tanısı sosyoekonomik ve teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak, ar- tan sıklıkla konabilmektedir. İliak anevrizmalar, üreterlere olan anatomik komşulukları nedeniyle, üriner sistem obstruksiyonuna neden olabilmektedir. Abdominal aort ve iliak arter anevrizma kompresyonu sonucu oluşan tek taraflı üreter obstruksiyonlu, böbrek yetmezliği bulunan olgunun magnetik rezonans (MR) ürografi ile değerlendirilmesini sunuyoruz.
Evaluation of Hydronephrosis with Abdominal Aort and Iliac Artery Aneurysm by Using mr Urography : Case Report
With increasing socio-economic and technological development, arterial aneurysms are more frequently diagnosed. Due to anatomical neighborhood with ureters, iliac aneurysms can cause urinary system obstruction. We report a case with unilateral hydroureteronephrosis and renal failure as a result of abdominal aorta and iliac artery aneurysm evaluated by magnetic resonance (MR) urography.
