Ceviz bahçelerinde Elma içkurdu [(Cydia pomonella L.) (Lep.: Tortricidae)]’nun mücadelesinde tahmin ve uyarı sisteminin oluĢturulmasına yönelik çalışmalar

Öz In this study, the phenological model to control of the Codling moth [(Cydia pomonella L.) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae)] was investigated and the basis data on the forecasting and warning system in walnuts were obtained. Therefore, the applicability of the degree-day model in the framework of the forecasting and warning system applied the control of the Codling moth in apple orchards were investigated in walnut. In this study, the pheromone traps, visual fruit control, and the sum of effective temperatures and the corrugated board methods were used in walnuts orchards in Oğuzlar (Çorum) from 2007 to 2009. The first adults of the Codling moth were captured on April 21, 2007; on April 30, 2008 and on May 1, 2009. The first larvae emergence of the first generation May 23, 2007; May 21, 2008 and June 2, 2009 and the sums of effective temperatures in these days were respectively 250,31; 258,46 and 247,18 degree days. The first larvae emergence of the second generation were July 23, 2007; July 21, 2008 and July 31, 2009. The sums of effective temperatures in these days were respectively 782,39; 727,18 and 717,79 degree days in walnut in Oğuzlar. The sums of effective temperatures in each year in walnut were shown the parallel with 250 degree days for the first larvae emergence of the first generation and 800 degree days for the first larvae emergence of the second generation in the apple. These results were shown hopeful that the degree-day model in the forecasting and warning system applied the control of the Codling moth in apple orchards was able to use for walnut.
