Teknoloji Transfer Ofisleri İçin Kritik Başarı Faktörleri

Öz Bu araştırmada, günümüzde üniversite/araştırma organizasyonları – sanayi/endüstri işbirliği bağlamında önemli enstrümanlardan olan teknoloji transfer ofisleri (TTO’lar) veya türevi organizasyonlar için kritik başarı faktörlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, öncelikle kapsamlı bir literatür incelemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Literatür incelemesinden damıtılan bilgilerle, TTO’lar veya türevi organizasyonlar için kritik başarı faktörlerini belirlemek üzere özgün ve kapsamlı bir anket hazırlanmıştır. Anket uzman gözden geçirmeleriyle rafine edilmiş ve pilot olarak uygulanmıştır. Pilot uygulama sonucunda toplanan veriler/dönütler dikkate alınarak anket tekrar rafine edilmiş ve uzman gözden geçirmeleri sağlanmıştır. Son hâline getirilen anket kullanılarak, Türkiye’de TTO’lar veya türevi organizasyonlarda uzman/profesyonel olarak çalışan/görev alan veya bu bağlamla ilgili 230 kişiden veri toplanmıştır. Anketin güvenilirlik ve geçerliliği sağlanmıştır. Toplanan veriler üzerinde kısmi en küçük kareler yapısal eşitlik modeli yaklaşımına göre analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri uygulanmış, ilk model oluşturulmuş ve değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Sonrasında, modeli iyileştirmek amacıyla ve izlenen yaklaşım gerektirdiği için, ilk model değiştirilmiş ve iyileştirilmiş, doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri tekrarlanmış, iyileştirilmiş final model oluşturulmuş ve değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Sonuçta, TTO’lar veya türevi organizasyonlar için kritik başarı faktörleri bağlamında 11 faktör, faktörlerle ilgili 67 öge, özellik ve/veya durum ve faktörler arasındaki ilişkiler belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın sonuçlarının TTO’lar veya türevi organizasyonların süreçlerini ve performanslarını iyileştirmede ilgili tüm paydaşlar için yararlı olacağı değerlendirilmektedir.
