OMUZ SIKIŞMA SENDROMLU HASTALARDA NÖRALTERAPİ ETKİNLİĞİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: ÖN ÇALIŞMA
Giriş: Omuz ağrıları sık görülen kas iskelet sistemi bozukluklarında üst sıralarda yer alır. En sık nedeni omuz sıkışma sendromudur.
Rotator manşon kasları subakromiyal aralıkta öne fleksiyon ve abduksiyon hareketleri ile sıkışır. Tedavide amaç ağrıyı azaltmak ve
fonksiyonelliği artırmaktır. Nöralterapi ağrılı kas iskelet sistemi sorunları dahil birçok fonksiyon bozukluğunda lokal anestezikler yardımıyla
uygulanabilecek bir tedavi yöntemidir.
Materyal-method: Çalışmaya 25-65 yaş arası 6 aydan uzun süren omuz ağrısı bulunan ve Manyetik rezonans görüntüleme ile omuz
sıkışma sendromu tanısı doğrulanmış 15 hasta dahil edildi. Lokal, segmental enjeksiyonlar ve omuz çevresi kasların tetik nokta enjeksiyonları
4 seans haftada 1 seans şeklinde aynı araştırmacı tarafından uygulandı.
Bulgular: Hastaların tedavi sonrası 1. ay kontrollerinde ağrı skorları ve QuickDASH skorlarında anlamlı düzelme saptandı (p=0,001).
Sonuç: Nöralterapi uygulaması omuz sıkışma sendromlu hastalarda güvenli ve etkin bir tedavi yöntemi olarak tercih edilebilir.
