Proloterapi, yenileyici ve tamamlayıcı bir tedavi yöntemidir. Proloterapi tedavisinde proliferan maddeler, istenilen ve hedeflenen anatomik bölgelere mikro travmalar oluşturma amacıyla uygulanır. Farklı proliferan maddeler ve hücreler bu işlemde uygulanabilir. Bu çalışmada kalçadan başlayıp inguinal bölgeye yansıyan ağrıya %5 dekstroz ile yapılan proloterapi sonucu düzelme sağlanan bir olguyu sunduk.

Prolotherapy is a regenerative and complementary treatment method. In prolotherapy treatment, proliferating substances are applied to the desired and targeted anatomical areas with the aim of creating micro traumas. Different proliferating substances and cells can be applied in this process. In this study, we presented a case whose pain, which started from the hip and reflected to the inguinal region, was improved as a result of prolotherapy with 5% dextrose.
