Bu araştırmanın amacı, briketleme yoluyla krom konsantrelerinin aglomerasyonu olanaklarının saptanmasıdır. Briketlemede basıncın etkisi, bağlayıcı cinsi ve miktarı, tane boyutu gibi etkenler incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar kırılma dayanımı, aşınma testi ve suya dayanıklılık yönünden değerlendirilmiştir.

The aim of this study was to determine the possibility of agglomeration of chromite concentrates by briquetting. In the briquetting tests, the effects of pressure, type and amount of binder, the fineness of the concentrate were determined. The results were checked in terms of the crushing load, tumbling test and resistance to weathering.
