Uzunayak üretim yönteminde, üretim verimi ve ekonomikliğine etki eden en önemli parametrelerden birisi de pano boyudur. Bu çalışmada, kalın linyit damarı işleten ELİ'nin yeraltı işletmelerindeki üretim yönteminden ve bu yöntemde yapılan bazı değişiklikler sonucunda pano boylarının 50-60 m'den 350 m'ye kadar çıkartılması ve bu değişiklik sonucu elde edilen verilerin işyeri verimi ve ekonomikliği üzerindeki etkileri incelenmektedir.

Oner of the most important parameters effecting efficiency and economics of the operation at longwalling is the panel length. In this study, the mining method employed at winning of thick coal seams at the Aegean Lignites is explained, and, the effects of increasing the ptoel lengths from 50-60 m upto 350 m on to mining efficiency and economics are investigated
