Bu çalışmada toplumun ana özelliği olan gelenekler ve gelenekleri oluşturan tarih, din ve dil faktörleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Toplumun ve toplumu oluşturan insanların başarılarının, tarihleri ile olan bağlantıları sonucunda oluştuğu, bu nedenle tarih bilincinin önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Öte yandan Türk cumhuriyetleri ve İslam coğrafyasıyla ortak tarih yazılarak ve bunlar ders kitapları olarak okutularak bölgesel ve toplumsal bilincin oluşturulmasının sağlanması gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca ortak tarih bilincinin oluşturulmasında ortak din algısının önemi vurgulanmış, sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik işbirlikler sonucunda yapılacak ortak dil çalışmalarının, sosyal bilinci oluşturmada etkili olacağı belirtilmiştir.

This study primarily focuses on the factors of history, religionand language that constitute the main characteristics of a society. It is awidely known fact that the success that the people in a society obtain is naturally derived from the historical relationships that peoplebuild, which is the main concern of this study. Furthermore, it is also suggested in this study that a common history between the Turkic Republics and Islamic Countries be urgently written in collaborations with the experts from those countries. The history that will be negotiated at the end of the collaborative studies should be induded in the school curricula of those countries in order to raise common social awareness. During this process the importance of creating a common religion perception should also been stressed. The other issue that has been emphasized is that the activities of creating a common language studies that will result from the social, cultural and economic collaborative studies would lead to create a common social awareness.
