KOSOVA’DA RESMİ DİN EĞİTİMİ VEREN KURUMLAR
Kosova’da dini eğitim, Osmanlı
İmparatorluğu’nun Balkanları fethinden 1912 yılına kadar devam etmiştir. 1912
yıllından sonra ise Sırplar, camileri ve medreseleri
kapatarak/yıkarak Kosova Müslümanlarının ibadetlerini, dini eğitimlerini
engellemek amacıyla her türlü yola başvurmuşlardır. Böylece toplumun hem manevi
değerlerini, hem de milli kimliğini yok etmek için çalışmışlardır. Ancak,
toplumun çoğunluğunu oluşturan Kosovalı Müslümanlar, bütün zorluklara rağmen
dinlerini öğrenmekten ve yaşamaktan vazgeçmemişlerdir. Bu çalışma, Medreseler
(İmam Hatip Liseleri) ve Priştine İslami Araştırmalar Fakültesi (İlahiyat
Fakültesi)’ndeki Din Eğitimi, tarihçesi, işleyişi, müfredatı konularını
incelemektedir.

Religious education in
Kosova continued from Ottoman conquest of Balkans to the year 1912. After 1912, Serbians made all
their effort to prevent the religious education and services of Muslims, closing mosques and
Muslim religious schools (madrasah). Thus, they tried to uproot both moral
values and national identity of the community. However, despite all these
difficulties Kosovan muslims succeeded to preserve their religion, tradition
and religious education. In this study we turn on the history, operation and
cirriculum of the madrasas and Islamic Research Center (Faculty of
Divinity/Theology) in Prishtina/Kosovo.
