Gökkuşağı Alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss, Walbaum 1792) Yavrularının Kan Vitamin C ve Malondialdehit Düzeylerine Karanlık Periyodun Etkisi

Bu çalışmada, gökkuşağı alabalığı yavrularının kan vitamin C ve malondialdehit (MDA) düzeyine karanlık periyodun etkisi araştırıldı. Bir hafta süreyle karanlık periyot uygulanan araştırma grubu ile doğal fotoperiyot uygulanan kontrol grubunun kan serumdaki vitamin C ve MDA düzeyleri belirlenerek istatistiksel olarak karşılaştırıldı. Çalışmanın sonucu olarak, grupların kan serumu vitamin C düzeyleri arasındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak önemli olmadığı (p>0,05), ancak karanlık periyod uygulanan grubun, kan serum MDA düzeylerinin doğal periyot uygulanan kontrol grubu kan serum MDA düzeylerine göre istatistiksel olarak önemli oranda arttığı (p

Effect of Dark Period on the Blood Vitamin C and Malondialdehyde Levels of the Juvenil Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss, W. 1792 )

In this study, the blood of juvenil rainbow trout of vitamin C and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were investigated in the period of darkness. With a week to apply for the dark period of the apply for investigated group and the natural period control group in blood serum levels of vitamin C and MDA were determined and compared statistically. Of the study as a result, groups of serum vitamin C levels, the difference between a statistically not significant (p>0.05) but a week long period of darkness, serum MDA levels than the control group statistically significant increased (p<0.05) were determined
