24–EPİBRASSİNOSTEROİDİN KADMİYUM STRESİ KOŞULLARINDA ÇİLEK FİDELERİNİN VEJETATİF BÜYÜME KRİTERLERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ
Çalışma 24–epibrassinosteroidin (BR), kadmiyum stresi koşullarında yetiştirilen çilek fidelerinde vejetatifbüyüme üzerine etkilerini değerlendirmek amacıyla saksılarda yürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla yetiştirmeortamlarına farklı miktarlarda Cd (0, 1.5, 3 ppm) bulaştırılmış ve çilek fidelerinin yapraklarına farklıkonsantrasyonlarda BR (0, 0.5, 1 μM) uygulanmıştır. Çilek fidelerinde BR uygulamalarının Cd stresiüzerindeki etkilerini değerlendirmek için yaprak sayısı, yaprak alanı, kök uzunluğu, gövde çapı, yaprak,gövde ve kök yaş ve kuru ağırlıkları, yaprak klorofil içeriği (SPAD), antosiyanin ve membran geçirgenliği(EC) değerleri ölçülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda 0.5 μM BR uygulaması yaprakların klorofil içeriği vegövde kuru ağırlığı, 1 μM BR uygulaması kök uzunluğu ve kök yaş ağırlıkları üzerine önemli etkileriolduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak BR uygulamalarının çilek fidelerinde Cd stres koşullarını hafiflettiğibelirlenmiştir.
EFFECT OF 24–EPIBRASSINOSTEROID ON THE VEGETATIVE GROWTH CRITERIA OF STRAWBERRY SEEDLING UNDER CADMIUM STRESS CONDITIONS
The study was conducted to evaluate the effects of 24–epibrassinosteroid (BR) strawberry seedlings grown on vegetative growth under cadmium stress conditions. For this purpose, different amounts of Cd (0, 1.5, 3 ppm) contaminated in growing media and different concentrations of BR (0, 0.5, 1 μM) were applied to the leaves of strawberry seedlings. To evaluate the effects of BR applications on Cd stress in strawberry seedlings, leaf count, leaf area, root length, crown diameter, leaf, stem and root age and dry weight, leaf chlorophyll content (SPAD), anthocyanin and membrane permeability (EC) values were measured. As a result of the study, it was found that the application of 0.5 μM BR had significant effects on the chlorophyll content of leaves and body dry weight, 1 μM BR application root length and root age weights. As a result, it was determined that BR applications alleviate Cd stress conditions in strawberry seedlings.
