Otizm Spektrum Bozukluklarında Beslenme Yaklaşımı
Bu çalışmanın amacı, otizm spektrum bozukluğunda uygulanabilecekdiyetsel yaklaşımların derlenmesidir. Otizm spektrum bozukluğu,sosyal iletişim ve sosyal etkileşimde yetersizliklerin yanı sıra kısıtlıve tekrarlayan davranış, anormal ilgi ve etkinliklerin sergilenmesi ilekarakterize gelişimsel bir bozukluktur. Glütensiz-kazeinsiz eliminasyondiyeti ile bazı makro ve mikro besin ögelerinin suplementasyonunun otizmsemptomlarını iyileştirdiğine dair veriler mevcut olmakla birlikte, otizmdeetkili olabilecek diyet tedavisinin kesin olarak belirlenmesi için genişkapsamlı kontrollü çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
