IMMEDIATE IMPLANT PLACEMENT IN AESTHETIC ZONE FIVE YEAR FOLLOW-UP: A CASE REPORT
The application of dental implants for therestoration of anterior missing teeth hasbeen performed and recorded in recentyears. However, the utilization of implantsin the anterior zone is a responsive methodin terms of technique. Even though the longterm survival rates of implants are very highin that zone, a large number of implantsupportedrestorations may not meet estheticexpectations. Provisional restorations areimportant phases in anterior maxillaryimplants, which allow the guided soft tissuemanagement and develop esthetic emergenceprofiles. The replacement of missing anteriortooth and the maintenance of surroundingsoft tissue through the adequate surgicaland prosthetic methods pose real challengesfor the clinician. The aim of this report is topresent the surgical and prosthetic stages inthe restoration of anterior maxillary teeth.
