Makale, politik küreselleşme ile ilgili çeşitli teorileri analiz etmektedir. Küreselleşmenin politik süreçlerdeki sorunları ve özellik kazanan devletin dünyaya başarılı politik, ekonomik ve sosyal entegrasyonu konuları incelenmiştir. Siyasi meseleler konusundaki tartışmalarda ulusal devletin rolü, devletlerin küreselleşmeyi kullanabilmesi için devlet yapılarını iyileştirilmesi, devlet fonksiyonları üzerindeki tekellerin kaybedilmesi, ulusal devletin merkezi konumunu güçlü bir rekabet ortamında sürdürülmesi, submilli zeminde sorunların çözümünde devletlerin konsolidasyon konumu, küreselleşmede devlet egemenliğine karşı önemli tehditler, küreselleşmenin karar verme seviyesine, demokratik kurumlara, devletlerin güvenlik politikalarına, iç ve dış politikalara etkisi; silahsızlanma, uluslararası terörizmle mücadele, ortak işbirliği, barışın teşviki, yabancı savunma ve yatırım, dış ticaret problemleri veb bu kibi soruları araştırıyor. Gösterilir ki, uluslararası ilişkilerin küreselleşmesi, ulusal politik arazilerin ve artan farkındalığın uluslararasılaşması politikada yeni önemli işlevlerin yaratılmasını gerekli ediyor. Siyasal alanda, küreselleşme ulusal devlet, ulusal-ahlaki değerler sorunuyla karşı karşıyadır. Analiz edilen teorilerin karakteristik özellikleri, gelişmekte olan ülkelerin çoğunluğunu dünya ekonomisinde ve politik sistemde bütünleştirmenin yolları ve yöntemleri için teorik araştırmanın politik değerlendirmesi ile belirlenir. Ayrıca, modern devletin siyasal işlevinin ana yönlerini ve egemenlik sorununun uygulanmasını ve küreselleşme alanında uluslararası örgütlerin faaliyetlerini analiz eder. Sonuç olarak, yeni politik kurumların ortaya çıkması ve var olanların dönüşümü, dünyanın hızlanan politik küreselleşmesiyle bağlantılı olarak gerçekleşmektedir. Devlet dışında kalan daha önemli siyasi kurumlar ortak genel bir siyasi ve ekonomik standartı ve kolektif bir güvenlik sistemi oluşturur. The article analyzes various theories about political globalization. The issues of globalization in political processes, and successful political, economic and social integration of the state into the world system are investigated. Author also examines some of the significant issues such as role of nation-state in the discussions of political issues, improvement of state structures in order to enable states to manage globalization process, the loss of monopolies over the state functions, the maintenance of the central position of nation-state in a strong competitive environment, a consolidated position of the state in the process of problem solving on submissive grounds, the main threats towards the state sovergnity in globalization process, the effect of globalisation on the internal and foreign policy of the states, as well as, security issues and democratic institutions; disarmament, international counter terrorism actions, joint cooperation, peace promotion activities, foreign defense and investment, foreign trade issues and etc. It points out that globalization of international relations, and internationalization of increasing awareness and national political territories require the establishment of new important functions of politics. The nation-state and national moral values are the main issues that challenges globalization in political sphere. Characteristics of analyzed theories are determined by the political evaluation of the theoretical research for ways and means of integration of the majority of developing countries in the world economy and political system. It also analyzes the main aspects of political function of the modern state and application of the underlined question of sovereignty and activities of international organizations in the field of globalization. Consequently, the establishment of new political institutions or the transformation of the existing institutions take place in accordance with accelerating political globalization of the world. More significant overstate institutions create common political and economic standards and a collective security system. In political arena, international organizations focuses on the regulation of political processes in the world, and should be based on a model of international relations that defend not only the interests of a particular group of states but also the interest of all nations, and provide human rights in all over the world
