Öz ÖZETSabahattin Eyubogıu Cumhuriyet 'ten sonra kültür sanat ve edebiyat alanlarında düşüncelerini ifade etmeye çalışan yazarlarımızdan biridir.Biz, bu makalede, Eyuboğlu 'nun Tanzimat 'tan sonra batıya yönelen, "Batı Tesirinde Türk Şiiri" "Yenileşme Devri Türk Şiiri" veya "Modern Türk Şiiri" söz grupları ile tanımlanan şiirimize dair görüşlerini tespit etmeye çalıştık.Yazar, konu ile ilgili görüşlerinin daha iyi anlaşılması için, cazibemerkezi olarak kabul edilen ve örnek alınan Avrupa edebıyatını, daha doğrusu Fransız edebiyatını yaratan temel gücü hatırlatma ihtiyacını duyar. Bu temel gücün akılcı dünya görüşü olduğunu belirtir. Eyuboğlu 'na göre Avrupa, özellikle Rönesans 'tan sonra hayata insana ve tabiata bu dünya görüşünün etkisiyle bakınış; tasvir ve tahlil çalışmıştır. Sanat ve edebiyat tarihinde ortaya çıkan akımlar "realite "nin yeni bir perdesini açmış, ona yeni bir boyut kazandırmıştır.Batı tesirinde gelişen modern Türk şiiri de yukarıda sözü edilen temel güçten hareketle Türk realitesinin aynası olma yoluna girer; ümmet anlayışından millet olma bilincine ulaşmayı amaç edinir; alışılmış kayıt ve kurallardan sıyrılarak yeni bir biçim ve içeriğe kapılarını açmaya çalışır; insanın ve yaşanan hayatın gerçekliğine yönelir; halkın kültür ve sanat değerlerini, kıymet hükümlerini yeni bir duyuş ve düşünüşle ifade etmeye başlar. hepsinden önemlisi tabiatın içine girer, yaşama sevinciniuyandırır ve besler.ABSTRACTSabahattin Eyuhoğlu is one of the writers who try to statetheir thoughts in the fields of cu/ture, art and literature in thepost-Republic period.In this artic/e, we tried to determine his thoughts over ourpoetry which is defined as "Turkish Poetry Under the Influence ofEurope" , " New Age Turkish Poetry" or " Modern TurkishPoetry" , directing to Europe after Tanzimat.The writer feels the med to remind the basic force creatingEuropean Literature, truely, French Literature, which is regardedas example and attraction centre so that the ideas on this matter could be well understood.
