TÜRKİYE VE AVRUPA BİRLİĞİ (AB) ÜLKELERİNDE ASGARİ ÜCRETİN KARŞILAŞTIRMALI BİR ANALİZİ

Öz Bu çalışmada; ülkelerarasındaki uygulama farklılıkları doğrultusunda AB ülkelerindeki asgari ücret uygulamaları hem birbirleriyle hem de Türkiye ile karşılaştırılmıştır. AB’nin asgari ücret konusunda ortak bir politika izlemediği, her ülkenin kendi sosyo-ekonomik durumu çerçevesinde bir asgari ücret uyguladığı belirlenmiştir. Türkiye’nin sosyo-ekonomik durumu dikkate alınarak AB standartlarında asgari ücret uygulamasının iyileştirilmesi için bazı öneriler yapılmıştır
