Sağlık Bakım Sisteminde Hastayı Güçlendirme: Fırsatlar ve Zorluklar

Hasta güçlendirme yaklaşımı, sağlık bakım sistemlerinde küresel sağlığın ilgi odağı haline gelmiştir. Güçlendirme yaklaşımında hastaların kendi sağlık bakımlarını yönetme konusunda daha fazla yeteneğe sahip olması, hastaların sağlık süreçlerini ve sağlık sonuçlarını iyileştirmektedir. Bu nedenle sağlığın geliştirilmesinde, hastalıkların yönetiminde ve sağlık sistemlerinin sürdürülebilirliğinde hasta güçlendirme yaklaşımı anahtar bir role sahiptir. Ancak sağlık bakım davranışlarında veya sonuçlarında hasta güçlendirmeyi ölçülebilir değişikliklere dönüştürmek kolay değildir. Bu dönüşümün gerçekleştirilmesinde sahip olunan fırsat ve zorlukların bilinmesi hasta güçlendirme, hasta merkezli bakım ve sürdürülebilir sağlık sistemleri açısından önemlidir. Bu derlemede, hasta güçlendirmede sahip olunan fırsat ve zorlukların neler olduğu ve bunların hasta güçlendirme üzerindeki etkileri incelenmektedir.

Patient Empowerment in Health Care System: Opportunities and Challenges

The patient empowerment approach has become the focus of global health care in health care systems. In the empowerment approach, patients' greater ability to manage their healthcare improves their health processes and outcomes. Therefore, the patient empowerment approach has crucial in developing health, managing diseases, and sustainability of health systems. But translating patient empowerment into measurable changes in health care behaviours or outcomes is not easy. Knowing the opportunities and challenges in realizing this transformation is essential regarding patient empowerment, patient-centred care and sustainable health systems. This review examines the opportunities and challenges in patient empowerment and their impact on patient empowerment.
