TÜRKİYE'DE DİJİTAL ÇAĞDA BELGESEL MİRASA ERİŞİM: UNESCO DÜNYA BELLEĞİ PROGRAMI ÖRNEĞİ

Bu çalışmada belgesel miraslara , erişilebilirlik kapsamında değinilerek farkındalık yaratmak amaçlanmıştır. Kültürel miraslar ise toplumumuzun tarihi bilincini, kalkınmasını etkileyebilecek en önemli etkenlerden biridir. Dolayısıyla kültürel miras kapsamında ele alınan belgesel mirasa da erişim oldukça önemli hale gelmiştir. Özellikle gelişen ve gelişmekte olan bilgi teknolojileri ülkemizdeki birçok alanı dijitalleşmeye itmiştir. Dijitalleşme çalışmalarına başlayan kurumlardan biri de bellek kurumları olmuştur. Bellek kurumlarının amacı bilgiyi sağlayarak muhafaza ederek tüm kullanıcılara aktarmak ve erişilebilir olmasını sağlamaktır. Dijital çağ erişilebilirlik imkânlarını oldukça kolaylaştırabilmeye olanak tanımıştır. Bu bağlamda, dijital çağda belgesel mirasa erişim konusunun önemine değinme gereksinimi hissedilmiştir. Bu çalışmada ulusal ve uluslararası literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Hem ulusal hem de uluslararası anlamda bu konuyla ilgili yapılan çalışmalara ve kullanıcılara sunulan hizmetlere değinilmiştir.

ACCESS DOCUMENTARY HERITAGE IN THE DIGITAL AGE IN TURKEY: THE EXAMPLE OF THE UNESCO MEMORY OF WORLD PROGRAM

In this study, it is aimed to raise awareness by mentioning documentary heritages within the scope of accessibility. Cultural heritage is one of the most important factors that can affect the historical consciousness and development of our society. Therefore, access to the documentary heritage, which is considered within the scope of cultural heritage, has also become very important. Especially developing information technologies have promoted many areas in our country to digitalization. One of the institutions that started digitalization studies was memory institutions. The purpose of memory institutions is to provide information, preserving it, transfering it to all users and ensure that it is accessible. The digital age has made it possible to make accessibility opportunities much easier. In this context, the need to address the importance of access to documentary heritage in the digital age has been felt.. A national and international literature review was conducted. Both national and international studies on this subject and the services offered to users are mentioned.
