INTRODUCTION: Liver obesity of non-alcoholic genesis got a character of global reach epidemic among the world population at present time. As it’s known, Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy (LSG) (operation of longitudinal tube reduction of the stomach)- along with obesity, causes disappearance of a number of satellite metabolic diseases, such as type II diabetes, dyslipidemy, hepatic fatty dystrophy, etc. So, the transformations observed in the liver after LSG surgery are now the problem discussed seriously all over the world. The aim of work: to study the influence of laparoscopic "Sleeve Gastrectomy" (LSG) on the size and density of the liver.
