Malatya’da İki Hastanede Düşük Doğum Ağırlıklı Bebeklerde Anneye Ait Doğurganlık ve Prenatal Dönem Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi
Sağlıklı yaşamın ön koşulu dünyaya sağlıklı olarak gelmektir. Düşük doğum ağırlığını azaltmak, yalnızca bebek ölümlerini azaltmaz,ömür boyunca bireye birçok fayda sağlar. Bu araştırma; düşük doğum ağırlıklı yenidoğan annelerinin doğurganlık ve prenatal dönemözelliklerinin normal ağırlıklı bebeklere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma Malatya’daiki hastanenin kadın hastalıkları ve doğum kliniklerinde doğum yapan anneleri kapsamaktadır. Zamana göre kesitsel tipte planlanan buaraştırma bir vaka-kontrol retrospektif çalışmasıdır. Basit rastgele usulle seçilen araştırma kapsamındaki 350 bebeğin annelerine 45soruluk anket yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile uygulandı. Doğum ağırlığı 2500 gramın altı 123 bebek vaka, 2500 gramın üstü 227 bebekkontrol grubu olarak alındı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS paket programı, analizinde ise bağımsız örneklerde Ki-Kare testiuygulanarak tahmini rölatif riskler odds ratio hesaplandı Araştırmada güven aralığı %95, yanılma düzeyi p=0.05 seçildi. Çalışmadakiannelerin %58’3’ü 20-30 yaş grubunda, % 28’i ilkokul ve daha az seviyede, %28,9’u ise yüksek eğitimlidir. Investigation of Fertility and Prenatal Characteristics of Mothers in Low Birth Weight Newborns in Two Hospital of Malatya City Center
The prerequisite for a healthy life is to be born healty. To reduce low birth weight not only lowers infant mortality rates but also hasmultiple benefits over the life cycle.The purpose of this study is to find out whether the differences in terms of fertility and prenatalperiod characteristics of newborns’ mothers with low birth weight than normal ones. This study covers to the mothers who gave birthin obstetrics and gynecology clinics of two hospitals in Malatya city center. It is a case-control retrospective study according to thetime scheduled beeing a cross-sectional. The 45-item questionnaire surveyed to 350 mothers of newbors selected by random procedurewas performed by the method of face-to-face interview. 123 newborns under 2500 grams as case group, 227 infants 2500 grams andover were taken as control. For evaluation of the data used SPSS program, chi-square test for independent samples was performed inanalysis. 95% confidence interval, and error level of p = 0.05 was chosen. 58.3% of the mothers' ages ranged from 20 to 30 in the studyincluded. 28.0% of the mothers' education level was primary school or less, 28.9% is with higher education. From the mothers; 3 fold inthose have with less than a year between two birth 95% CI:1,2837,015 ; 2,1 fold of those who have the number of examinationsless than four during pregnancy 95% CI:1,2583,590 ; 2 times of those getting diagnosis of anemia 95% CI:1,2153,200 , 2fold of those getting diagnosis of pre-eclampsia 95% CI:1,1103,523 ; 2,4 fold of those gain kilos less than 10 during pregnancy 95% CI; 2,360
