Simental bir düvede prolapsus vagina ve güç doğuma sebep olan çift çıkışlı cervix uteri olgusu

Güç doğum şikayeti olan Simental bir düvenin klinik muayenesinde, prolapsus vagina ve çift çıkışlı cervix olgusu belirlendi, tki cervix kanalı caudal kısımda birleşip tek bir kanal oluşturmaktaydı. Anomaliye vaginal yoldan operatif girişim endike bulunmadığından, buzağı sezaryen operasyonuyla kurtarıldı. Sorun kalıtsal olduğundan, ana ve buzağının damızlıktan çıkartılması önerildi.

A case of single cervix opening into a double os uteri externum caused in vaginal prolapse and dystocia in a simental heifer

Vaginal prolapse and double os uteri externum were demonstrated by clinical inspections in a Simental heifer with symptoms of dystocia. Two cervix canals joined together in the caudal part and formed a single canal. As surgical methods via vagina not suggested for treatment of this anomaly, the calf was saved by cesarean operation. It is suggested that both of the calf and heifer not to use for breeding.
