Keçilere sağaltımdan sonra 3 gün aralıklarla üçer kez yapılan dışkı muayene sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde, ilaçlardan doramectinin Strongyloides papillosus'a %99, Skrjabinema sp. ye %30; moxidectinin Strongyloides papillosus'a %98, Skrjabinema sp. 'ye %10 etkili'olduğu kaydedilmiştir.
The effects of doramectin and moxidectin against strongylodies papillosus and skrjabinema sp.in goats
In this study, the effects of doramectin and moxidectin against Strongyloides papillosus and Skrjabinema sp. in naturally infected goats were investigated. The procedure of sellotape was used to determine the infection of Skrjabinema sp. and the procedure of modified McMaster was used to count the eggs of S.papillosus.Before treatment, 30 goats infected with both S.papillosus and Skrjabinema sp. were divided into two treatment and one control groups. Each group was comprising 10 animals. First group was treated with subcutaneous injection of doramectin at the therapeutic dose of 0.2 mg/kg, second group was treated with subcutaneous injection of moxidectin at the therapeutic dose of 0.2 mg/kg, and third group was for control. After the treatment, the faecal samples of these animals were examined three times at three-day intervals. According to the results, doramectin was effective 99% for S.papillosus and 30% for Skrjabinema sp. and moxidectin was effective 98% for S.papillosus and 10% for Skrjabinema sp.
