Nefrolitotomi sonrası gelişen intrarenal arteriovenöz fistülün RDDUS ile tanısı

Nefrolitotomi sonrasında intrarenal arteriovenöz fistül (AVF) gelişmesi nadir rastlanan bir durumdur. Renal AVf in kesin tanısı anjiografi ile konulmaktadır, ancak renkli Doppler ultrasonografi (RDDUS) anjiografiye gidecek hastaların seçilmesi ve tedavi sonrası takipte faydalı noninvaziv bir yöntemdir. Biz bu yazıda, 15 yıl önce sol nefrolitotomi geçirmiş 40 yaşındaki bir erkek hastadaki renal AVF in RDDUS ile bulgularından ve takiben yapılan anjiografi ile tanının konfirme edilmesinden bahsettik.

Diagnosis of intrenal arteriovenous fistula following nephrolithotomy by color doppler ultrasonography

Intrarenal arterivenous fistula (AVF) following nephrolitotomy is a rare lesion.The diagnosis of a intrarenal AVF is usually confirmed by angiography. Color doppler ultrasonography is useful, non-invasive method to select patients for renal angiography and follow-up renal AVF. in this repon, we describe the case of a 40-year-old man who had undergone nephrolitotomy 75 years previously in whom an acquired intrarenal AVF. We also discuss color doppler ultrasonographic and angiographic findings for the renal AVF.
