Servikal gebelik, en nadir rastlanılan ektopik gebelik formudur. Belirgin maternal morbidite ve fertilete üzerinde olumsuz etkilerle birliktelik göste¬rir. Servikal gebeliğin en önemli etyolojisi endomet-rium hasarıdır. Daha önce intrauterin müdahaleler, endometriumda hasara yol açarak implantasyon için uygunsuz hale getirebilirler. Bu yayın bir servikal ge¬belik olgu sunumu ve literatürün gözden geçirilme¬sidir. Vakanın tanısı ultrasonografi ile konuldu ve acil histerektomi ile tedavi edildi.

Cervical pregnancy is the rarest form ofectopic gestation. It is associated with significant maternal morbidity and devastating effects on future fertility. The most important etiology of cervical pregnancy is damage of the endometrium., Previous intrauterine instrumentation may result in damage to the endo-metrium making at unsuitable for implantation. This report presents a case report of cervical pregnancy and reviews the respective literature. Thi case diag¬nosed by ultrasound and managed by emergency hysterectomy.
