Bu çalışmada, histondeasetilaz inhibitörlerinin antikanser özellikleri ışığında benzotiyazol yapısı içeren benzamid türevi olan benzo[d]tiyazol-2-ilmetil 4-(2-aminofenil)karbamoil) benzilkarbamat bileşiği sentez edilmiştir. Sentezi gerçekleştirilen benzotiyazol yapısı içeren benzamid bileşiği antikanser özellikleri ve histon deasetilaz inhibisyon aktiviteleri kapsamında inceleme altındadır.

In this study, in the light of anticancer properties of histone deacetylase inhibitors, benzo[d]thiazol2-ylmethyl 4-(2-aminophenylcarbamoyl)benzylcarbamate compound which is derivative of benzamide containing benzothiazole structure has been synthesized. Synthesized benzamide compound containing benzothiazole structure is under investigation within the scope of anticancer properties and histone deacetylase inhibition activities.
