Kadın sağlığı, hem çocuk hem de aile sağlığını etkileyen önemli unsurlardan biridir. Kadın sağlığı, bazı yaş dönemlerinde olumsuz olarak etkilenmektedir. En fazla sağlık sorunları ise kadının üreme çağında ve üreme ile ilgili özelliklerine bağlı olarak gelişmektedir. Üreme çağı; kadınların jinekolojik problemleri en fazla yaşadığı dönemdir. Bu dönemde yaşanan jinekolojik yükseltmektedir. Jinekolojik problemlerin erken dönemlerde tespit edilmesi, tedavi edilmesi ve sorunlara yönelik önlemlerinin alınması kadın sağlığını yükseltirken kadının yaşam kalitesini de yükseltecektir. Bu nedenle kadının doğurganlık çağında yaşayabileceği jinekolojik problemler ile baş edebilmesi için uygun sağlık hizmeti alması önemlidir. Hemşire ise bu hizmetlerin uygulanmasında ve kadın sağlığının yükseltilmesinde çok etkili olan sağlık personellerinden biridir. Bu makalede kadın sağlığını etkileyen bazı jinekolojik problemler ve bu problemlere yönelik hemşirelik girişimleri tartışılacaktır

Women's health, one of the important factors that affect both the child and family health. Women's health, women's life is affected by certain periods. Most of health problems are attributable to the women's of reproductive characteristics. The most women's gynecological problems experienced in reproductive term. Due to gynecological problems experienced during this period, increase women's morbidity and mortality rate. Early detection, treating and taking measures of gynecological problems will raise health and the quality of life of women. Thus, important to the health service for cope with gynecological problems at womens’s reproductive age. Nurses are one of a very effective health care personel for increase of women's health and implementation of these services. In this study the focus is on some of the gynecological problems that affect the health of women and nursing interventions for these problems.
