Birinci Basamakta Obeziteye Yaklaşım

ÖzetObezitenin prevalansı tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de artmaktadır. Obezite modern yaşantının doğal bir sonucu olarak görünmekte ve kardiyovasküler hastalıklar, metabolik sendrom, Tip 2 Diyabetes Mellitus gibi hastalıklarla bağlantılıdır. Bu nedenle obezite ve obeziteyle ilişkili hastalıkların önlenmesinde birinci basamak sağlık hizmetleri çok önemlidir. Bu yazıda birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerinde obeziteye yaklaşım konusu gözden geçirilecektir.

Approach Of Obesity In Primary Health Care

The prevalence of obesity is increasing all over the world as our country. Obesity seems to be a natural consequence of modern life and it is associated with many diseases such as cardio vascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. That is why primary health care is very important to prevent obesity and obesity associated diseases. In this review issue of approach the obesity in primary health care will be overviewed.
