Rusya’da Yargı Bağımsızlığı ve Hakim Teminatı

Bu çalışmada Rusya Federasyonunda uygulanmakta olan yargı sistemi bağımsızlık ve hakimlere verilen teminatlar bakımından ele alınmaktadır. Bu bakımdan öncelikle genel olarak yargı bağımsızlığı ve hakim teminatı kavramlarına yer verilmiştir, daha sonra bu kavramların Rusya Federasyonu açısından değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır

In this study judicial system of Russian Federation is analysed in terms of judicial independence. Firstly judicial independence in general is emphasized and then the view of judicial independence in Russia is handled
