Borçlar Kanunu’nun 457 vd. maddelerinde düzenlenen havale, daha çok bankacılıkla ilgili bir kavramdır. Havale işlemiyle, bir kişi, banka nezdindeki mevduat hesabından başka bir hesaba para aktarılması veya başka bir kişiye ödeme yapılması hususunda bankaya talimat ve yetki vermektedir. Bu çalışmada, havale işleminin Banka Hukuku açısından incelenmesi ve uygulamada karşılaşılan çeşitli sorunlara çözümler getirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır

The bank assignment subject, which is regulated by the Code of Debts, article number 457 and others, refers to as a banking concept. By this assignment transaction, a person authorizes the bank to transfer money from his/her account to someone’s name or account. In this study, the assignment concept is investigated from a Banking Law perspective, and also it is aimed to solve problems that are confronted in practice
