BREXIT: AB KURUMLARINA, POLİTİKA YAPIM VE KARAR SÜREÇLERİNE ETKİSİ

Bu makalede Brexit müzakere sürecinde AB kurumlarının oynadığı rol ve sürecin kurumlar üzerindeki etkisi üzerinde durulacaktır. Makalenin ilk bölümünde, müzakere sürecinin kurumlar tarafından nasıl yürütüldüğü aktarılacak; ikinci bölümde müzakereler/Çıkış Anlaşması taslak çalışmaları özetlenecektir. Makalenin son kısmında ise kısa vadede müzakere sürecinin ve Birleşik Krallığın çıkışının kurumlar üzerinde olası etkileri tartışılacaktır.

The Impact of Brexit on the EU Institutions, EU Policy and Decision-Making Processes

This article focuses on the role that the EU institutions played during the Brexit negotiations and the impact of the Brexit on the institutions themselves. The first part of the article will outline how the institutions carried out the negotiations and the second part will summarize the negotiations /withdrawal agreement draft works. Finally, the article will discuss the short-term implications of the Brexit negotiation process and the UK’s withdrawal on the EU’s institutional structure.
