Loeys-Dietz sendromlu bir çocuk hastada enestezi yönetimi: Olgu sunumu
Loeys-Dietz Sendromu (LDS) yeni tanımlanmış, otozomal dominant geçiş gösteren bağ dokusu, iskelet sistemi, oküler sistem, kardiyovasküler sistem ve kraniyofasiyal yapıların etkilendi¤i genetik bir hastalıktır. Biz burada LDS tanısı konmuş ortopedik cerrahi planlanan 2 yaş, 8 aylık erkek çocuk hastanın anestezi ve havayolu yaklaşımı tartışmak istedik.
Anesthetic management of a child with Loeys-Dietz syndrome: A case report
Loeys-Dietz Syndrome (LDS) is a rare, recently characterized autosomal-dominant genetic condition in which connective tissue, skeletal, ocular, cardiovascular systems and craniofacial structures are effected. We present the anesthetic and airway management of a 2-year, 8-month-old boy with Loeys-Dietz syndrome who is scheduled for orthopaedic surgery under general anesthesia.
