Sosyal Hizmetlerde Dijital Sosyal İnovasyon ve Sosyal Destek Uygulaması

Bu araştırmanın amacı; sosyal inovasyonun ve dijital sosyal inovasyonun, sosyal hizmetle ilişikpaydaşlardaki farkındalık durumu, sektörlerdeki paydaşların sorumlulukları ve dijital sosyalinovatif bir sosyal destek platformunda olması gereken hizmetlerin ortaya çıkartılmasıdır. Buanlamda; inovasyon, sosyal inovasyon, sosyal hizmet ve dijitalleşme alanında çalışan uzmanlar,akademisyenler ve sivil toplum kuruluşu gönüllülerinden oluşan kişilerle yarı yapılandırılmışgörüşmeler yapılmıştır. Keşfedici araştırma ile elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz tekniğikullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular neticesinde hem toplumsal farkındalığı artırmak hem detüm paydaşların faydalanabilmesi amaçlı "sosyal problemlere çözüm arama, sosyal destek merkeziarama, sosyal Hizmet etkinlikleri, sosyal hizmet çalışmaları, sosyal hizmetler iş ilanları, sosyalyardımlar & bağış ve sosyal ürünler" modüllerinden oluşan, web/mobil uygulama tabanlı birsosyal destek platformu geliştirilmiştir.

Digital Social Innovation and Social Support Application in Social Services

The aim of this research is to identify the state of awareness of social innovation and digital social innovation in stakeholders associated with social work, the responsibilities of stakeholders in sectors and the services that should be on a digital social innovative social support platform. In this sense; semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts, academics and non-governmental organization volunteers working in the field of innovation, social innovation, social work and digitalization. Data obtained by exploratory research was analyzed using descriptive analysis technique. As a result of findings, the benefit of all stakeholders as well as increase the social awareness purposes, "in search of a solution to social problems, social support center, search, social service activities, social work services, social services, job postings, social grants&social donations and products" modules, consisting of web/mobile based application "social support platform" has been developed.
