Turizm eğitimi alan üniversite öğrencilerinin turistik tüketici kapsamında gece kulüplerinden beklentilerinin kano modeli'ne göre sınıfandırılması

Turizm sektöründe gece kulüplerinin fonksiyonel ola-rak önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Gece kulüpleri,tatilleri esnasında turistleri önemli derecede rahatlata-rak, stres düzeylerini azaltmakta ve tatil memnuniyet-lerini arttırmaktadır. Bundan dolayı turistlerin diğerturizm işletmelerinde olduğu gibi gece kulüplerindenbeklentilerinin tespit edilmesi ve bu beklentilerin karşı-lanması gerektiği düşünülmektedir. Bu bağlamda yapı-lan çalışmanın amacını aynı zamanda turistik tüketiciolan, turizm eğitimi alan üniversite öğrencilerinin gecekulüplerine yönelik hizmet beklentilerinin Kano mode -line göre sınıfandırılması oluşturmaktadır. Bu amacıngeçekleştirilebilmesi için Balıkesir Üniversitesi TurizmFakültesinde öğrenim gören ve son bir yıl içerisindeturizm faaliyetlerine katılıp bu sürede gece kulüpleriniziyaret eden 200 öğrenciye 01.05.2013- 15.05.2013 ta-rihleri arasında anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir.Yapılan araştırmanın sonucunda gece kulüplerine yö -nelik tespit edilen yirmi iki hizmet beklenti önermesi-nin dördü Kanonun temel hizmetler grubuna girerken,on üçü beklenen hizmetler sınıfına girdiği tespit edil-miştir. Kanonun heyecan verici hizmetler sınıfına girenönerme sayısı ise iki olmuştur. Yapılan bu araştırmadaaynı zamanda turistik bölgelerde faaliyet gösteren gecekulübü yöneticilerine, müşteri beklentilerini daha iyikarşılayabilmeleri için çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.

A kano model classification of tourism faculty students service expectations as tourism consumers from night clubs

Tere is a functionally important place of night clubs attourism sector. Night Clubs relaxes, reduces stress leveland increase holiday satisfaction of tourists during theirholiday. Terefore, night clubs must identify and fulfilltourist expectations like other tourism businesses. In thiscontext, the purpose of this study is to classify serviceexpectations of students who are tourists at the sametime, are studying tourism at Balıkesir University Tou-rism Faculty. In order to reach this aim, Between thedates 01.05.2013- 15.05.2013 a questionnaire applicati-on filled by 200 university students who went to a nightclub last year as a part of tourism activity. As a result ofthe research, four of the twenty two service expectationshave been found as Must-be Quality while thirteen ofthem found One Dimensional Quality. Tere is only twoservice expectation found as Attractive Quality. At thesame time in this study, various recommends have beengiven to managers of night clubs at tourism destinationin order to meet the consumer expectations.
