Asmada QTL (Kantitatif Karakter Lokus) analizi

Son yıllarda, DNA markörlerinin geliştirilmesi bitkilerin genetik yapısının araştırılmasına, kantitatif karakter lokus (QTL) 'u kapsayan tarımsal açıdan önemli genlerin haritalanmasına, evrimsel ilişkilerin analizleri gibi pek çok konuda önemli ve güçlü araçlar olarak bilim dünyasına hizmet etmektedir. DNA markörlerinin asma ıslahında kullanılması, QTL haritalamada önemli gelişmelere yol açmıştır. Asmada QTL analizinin en belirgin uygulamaları ıslah ve ıslah öncesi çalışmalar ile QTL klonlamada markörler aracılığıyla seleksiy ondur. Bu derlemede, moleküler markörler sayesinde QTL 'ler gibi karmaşık karakterlerin başarılı şekilde transferleri ve etki derecelerinin belirlenmesi, asmada yapılan çalışmalar ifade edilmiştir.

QTL (Quantitative Trait Locus) analysis in grapevine

In recent years, the improvement of the DNA markers has been providing the genetic structure of plants to be researched, and genes which covers the QTL (quantitative trait loci) and essential for agriculture to charted, and contributes the science world in many subjects such as the analysis of the evolutionary relations as strong agents. Using the DNA markers in the conditioning of grapevine has given raise to important developments in charting. The most distinct applications of the QTL analysis in grapevine are breeding and then breeding studies and selections in cloning QTL through the markers. In this review, determination of the successful transfers of the complicated characters such as QTLs through the molecular markers and designation of the effect grades of them, and studies made on the grapevine is expressed.
