Basınçlı Havaya Bağlı Kolon Perforasyonu
Basınçlı havaya bağlı kolon perforasyonu nadir görülen bir durumdur. Sanayi alanında çalışan işçilerin birbirlerine şaka ile veya yanlışlıkla basınçlı hava vermesi sonucu olur. Özellikle işçilerin birbirlerinin elbiselerini temizlemek için hava vermesi, ve de anüse hava girmesi sonucu bu tip yaralanmalar olur. Burada akılda tutulması gereken, havanın doğrudan hortum ile anüse temas etmeden verilmesi ile de kolon perforasyonuna yol açılabileceğidir. Biz de bu çalışmamızda işyerinde arkadaşları tarafından anüse basınçlı hava verilen ve kolon perforasyonu oluşan bir olgunun tanı ve tedavi yönetimini sunduk
Colon Perforation due to Compressed Air
Colon perforation is a rare condition due to compressed air. It is a result of compressed air administered jokingly or accidentally by industrial workers to each other. This type of injury develops especially when compressed air given by the workers to clean each others working clothes penetrates into the anus. The key point in this situation is that the colon perforation can occur without any direct contact of the compressed air hose to the anus. In this article, a colon perforation case on an industrial worker, which occurred due to compressed air given through the anus by his co-workers
