After the content analysis of the data, it was found that the tourists’ perceptions regarding vendors in Alanya are clustered under three different themes. These themes are titled as positive perception, negative perception and neutral perception. It was found that whether the tourists find the behaviors of vendors who conduct commissioning disturbing or not differs according to the gender and the board type of the tourist. It was also found that, under any circumstances, none of the tourists who find commissioning disturbing shops from the vendors who conduct commissioning. According to the findings, the tourists who are annoyed by the vendors who conduct commissioning develop two types of reaction being behavioral reaction and psychological reaction
