Memenin Nadir Bir Tümörü, Adenoid Kistik Karsinoma: Histopatolojik Özellikler İle Ayırıcı Tanıya Yaklaşım

Adenoid kistik karsinoma (AKK) memenin nadir ve düşük malignite potansiyelli karsinomudur. Tüm meme karsinomalarının %1’inden az oranda görülür. Memenin hem benign, hem de malign lezyonları ile karışabilir. Bu sunumda 48 yaşında kadın bir olgu dahilinde bu nadir tümörün patolojik ve klinik özellikleri ayırıcı tanı göz önünde tutularak sunulmuştur.

A Rare Tumor of Breast, Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma: An Approach To The Differential Diagnosis With Histopathological Features

Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the breast is a rare and low malignant potential neoplasm, that represents less than 1% of all mammary carcinomas. In the differential diagnosis, it can be confused both with benign and malign lesions of breast. The case of a 48 years-old woman and the pathologic and clinical features of this rare tumor is presented with focusing differential diagnosis.
