Öğretmen Adaylarının Ahiliğe İlişkin Metaforları

Ahilik, toplumun sosyal ve ekonomik hayattaki ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak adına hak ve adalet için çalışan insanların bir araya gelerek oluşturulmuş, birlikte üretme ve dayanışma ilkesini göz önünde bulundurulduğu, Türk kültürüyle harmanlanmış toplumsal bir kültür organizasyonudur. Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmen adaylarının "Ahilik" kavramıyla ilgili sahip oldukları metafor algılarının ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgubilim kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu Ahi Evran Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinin tüm bölümlerindeki üçüncü sınıflarında okuyan ve amaçsal örnekleme yöntemlerinden benzeşik örnekleme yoluyla belirlenmiş olan 205 öğretmen adayından oluşturulmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak açık uçlu görüş formu uygulanmıştır. Formda öğretmen adaylarının "Ahilik... gibidir/benzer; çünkü..." cümlesinin tamamlanması istenmiştir. Veriler içerik analizi tekniği kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmen adayları Ahilik kavramına ilişkin toplam 72 metafor üretmiştir. Araştırmacılar tarafından Ahiliğe ilişkin "güzel ahlak olarak ahilik", "iş bölümü ve dayanışma olarak ahilik", "esnaf teşkilatı olarak ahilik", "sistem yaklaşımı ve devamlılık olarak ahilik", "bir yaşam tarzı olarak ahilik" ve "olumsuz görüş olarak ahilik" olmak üzere toplam 6 temel kategori oluşturulmuştur

Metaphors of Teacher Candidates Regarding to “Akhism”

Akhism is a social culture organization blended with Turkish culture that is formed by people working for rights and justice in order to meet social and economic life needs of the society, taking into consideration the principle of co-production and solidarity. Mankind has undertaken important tasks in the transmission of intergenerational culture from past to present. Some of these; protecting the homeland, establishing social and cultural unity, and ensuring family cohesion. It is to be able to raise human beings that are essential in Akhism. Ahi man means human beings model in Akhism. Ahi man; who owns the home with the spirit of combatant, protects it and develops it; giving importance to family unity; social and social rules; shaped from the past to come into action; they are decent, ethical and responsible people based on Turkish traditions and customs. It can be argued that some of the values that he has in his family are values such as patriotism, hospitality, truthfulness, honesty, sensitivity, helpfulness, responsibility, trust, sharing, solidarity, diligence, justice and compassion. There is love to inhere of Akhism. This includes homeland love, family love and business love. Ahi; They have worked in solidarity and solidarity with halter harvests, respecting the work they have produced in cooperation. They showed the value of working with labor. The purpose of this study is to reveal the perceptions of metaphors that the students of Ahi Evran University of Education University of Education have on the concept of "Akhism". Within the scope of this general objective, the following questions were sought: What are the metaphors for the prospective teachers regarding the concept of "Akhism"? What conceptual categories can the metaphors of the candidate teachers have regarding the concept of "Akhism" in terms of their common characteristics? Do these conceptual categories differ according to the program candidates? Phenomenology from qualitative research methodology was used in the study. The sample group of the study consisted of 205 teacher candidates who attended the third grade of all departments of the Ahi University of Education School of Education and were identified through analogous sampling from objective sampling methods. In the form, participants were asked to complete the sentence “Akhism is like ... because ...”. Based on the data collected within the scope of the open-ended opinion form, the data were evaluated by following the steps of the content analysis. These steps used in analyzing the data. The nomenclature stage, the elimination stage, the stage of category development, the stage of providing validity and reliability, the calculation of frequencies and the interpretation phase of the data. As a result of the research, prospective teachers produced 72 metaphors related to the concept of Akhism. When we look at the most expressed metaphors; Cooperation, sharing, honesty, justice and righteousness, brotherhood, tolerance and unity and solidarity. When the metaphors created by prospective teachers were categorized according to their similarity properties, 6 categories were obtained. These categories have been defined as "Akhism as a social ethics", "Akhism as a business division and solidarity" , "Akhism as a tradesman organization", “Akhism as a System Approach And Continuity”, “Akhism as a lifestyle”, "Akhism as a negative opinion" . There are 17 metaphors in the category " Akhism as a social ethics ". These metaphors are; "Honesty, justice, truth, tolerance, friendship, decency, love, generosity, compassion, conscience, loyalty, happiness, hospitality, respect, everything beautiful, flower, water”. There are 21 metaphors in the category " Akhism as a business division and solidarity ". These metaphors are; "Friendship, companionship, neighborhood, balance, friendship, brotherhood, unity and solidarity, family, loyalty, community-based, self-sacrifice, organization, imece, artisan brotherhood, leaf in the branch, business association, ant, honey pete, bee, “. There are 15 metaphors in "Akhism as a Tradesman Organization" category. These metaphors are; "Tradition, patriotism, production, responsibility, trust, rules, diligence, charity, patience, professionalism, understanding, non-formal education, artisan solidarity, roof, light”. There are 8 metaphors in the category "System Approach And Continuity". These metaphors are; "Ottoman state, sun, continuity, clock, oil painting, some kind of thought, system, puzzle”. There are 7 metaphors in the category "Akhism as a Lifestyle". These metaphors are; "Islam, like Islam, is life, the bridge of truth, charity, the best way of life, the unknown land”. There are 4 metaphors in the category "Akhism as Negative Opinion". These metaphors are; "Lie is a living tradition, so-called organization, mine". It has been determined by the candidate teachers that the produced metaphors related to the concept of Akhism have come to the forefront in terms of values. Values such as love, honesty, fairness, honesty, tolerance, friendship, respect, hospitality, sharing, cooperation, sacrifice, patriotism, diligence and patience produced as metaphor are the qualities that emphasize the importance of artisan organization. The following suggestions can be made in the light of the results obtained in the research: Patriotism, justice, justice, righteousness, tolerance, etc. at the point where the modern human education model like Akhism is transferred to the new generation with the Turkish national education system, Values can be developed in the education system and a program model to be applied to the students can be developed. Projects can be made by the Ministry of National Education to protect the values that make up culture from past to present.
