KATILIMCI KARAR VERME: ÇALIŞANLAR HANGİ DÜZEYDE KARARLARA KATILMAK İSTERLER?

İşletmelerde yönetsel faaliyetlerin en önemlilerinden biri karar vermedir. Karar vermede çalışanların kararlara katılımı çeşitli oranlarda gerçekleşmektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle karar verme, katılım, katılımcı karar verme kavramları açıklanacak, çalışanların kararlara katılma derecelerine ilişkin modellerden bahsedilecektir. Araştırma kısmında ise çalışanların ne tür kararlara hangi düzeyde katılmak istedikleri ve çalışanların demografik özellikleri ile kararlara katılma türüne ilişkin tercihleri arasında anlamlı ilişki olup olmadığı incelenmektedir.
