Çağımızda her alanda çok yoğun bir rekabet ve değişim süreci yaşanmaktadır. Bu değişimden en çok etkilenenler ise işletmeler ve üretim sistemleri olmuştur. Bu nedenle başarıyı arzulayan işletmeler değişime ve yeniliklere açık olmak zorundadırlar. Bunun için yeni teknolojiler ve bu teknolojinin finansmanı büyük bir önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada; işletmelerde büyük etki yaratan değişim süreci vurgulanmış, üretim sistemlerinde değişime neden olan faktörler ve bu değişimin finans fonksiyonuna etkileri ele alınmıştır.

There has been a constent change and computation in this century. The most effected once from these changes are businesses and their production systems. Because of this, businesses want to be successifull must adapt these changes and innovations. That is while, new technologies and their finances are very important. In this study, we emphasize the effects of change process, affecting factors of this change on finance function.
