Vital Pulp Therapy In Complicated Crown Fractures

In this case report, treatment of one tooth with partial pulpotomy and the other teeth with indirect pulp capping and restoration using the fractured pieces were discussed. After the 24 months follow-up examinations of the teeth were clinically symptomless and showed no periapical pathosis. This case shows that vital pulp therapy can be a successful long-term treatment choise for crown-fractured permanent incisors
