KİRAZ DOMATESİ MEYVESİNİN KÜTLE ve HACMİNİN MATEMATİKSEL MODELLEMESİ

Bu çalışmada kiraz domates meyvesinin boyutsal özelliklerinin görüntü işleme tekniği ile belirlenmesi ve elde edilen verilerden uzunluk, kalınlık, genişlik ve izdüşüm alanı ölçüleri kullanılarak kütle ve hacminin matematiksel modellenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Meyvenin boyut özelliklerinin ve izdüşüm alanının belirlenmesi amacıyla, her bir meyvenin üç temel eksende fotoğrafları çekilmiş ve Image Tool 3.0 görüntü işleme programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler yardımıyla geometrik ortalama çap, küresellik ve yüzey alanı değerleri bulunmuştur. Meyvenin kütle, gerçek hacim ve yoğunluğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada kütle ve hacim değerlerinin tahminlenmesi amacıyla doğrusal ve doğrusal olmayan 32 adet model elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda, kütle ve hacim tahminlemesi için meyve sap eksenine paralel ölçülen izdüşüm alanına göre kurgulanan modeller önerilmiştir.

Mathematical Modeling of Mass and Volume of Cherry Tomato

In this study, the determination of dimensional characteristics of cherry tomato fruit by image processing technic, and the improvement of mathematical estimating models of mass and volume with using obtained data which were length, thickness, width, and projected area was aimed. To determine the dimensions and the projected area, each fruit image was obtained from the three coordinates, and then analysed using Image Tool 3.0 image processing software. Geometric mean diameters, the sphericity and surface area values have been calculated based on data. The mass, volume, and density of fruit was determined. To estimate of mass and volume of cherry tomato fruit, 32 linear and nonlinear mass and volume models were obtained. In conclusion, mass and volume estimating models obtained by the projected area measured from parallel to the axis of the fruit stalk have been proposed.
