Majistral ilaç, hasta için özel olarak hekim tarafından reçete edilenve eczanede bu formüle göre hazırlanan ilaç olaraktanımlanmakta;majistral ilaçlarla ilgili hususlar Eczacılar ve Eczaneler HakkındaYönetmelik hükümlerine göre değerlendirilmektedir. Majistralilaç konusu, sık başvurulan bir ilaç reçeteleme yöntemi değildir;bu nedenle hukükî yönü ilgili kişilerce yeterince bilinmemekteveya bu hususa gereğince özen gösterilmemektedir. Bu sunumda,Adli Tıp Kurumu 5. İhtisas Kurulu'na gönderilen bir olgu üzerindenmajistral ilaçlar ve bunlarla ilgili mevzuata değinilecektir.

Magistral medicine is defined as medication which is prescribedby the physicians and prepared in the pharmacy by thisformula specifically for the patient. Considerations related withmagistral medications are evaluated according to "Legislationsof Pharmacists and Pharmacies". Since magistral medicine isnot common prescribing method, legal aspects related withthis issue are not adequately known and therefore are not paiddue attention. In this study, magistral medicines and their legislationwill be discussed by the help of case which was sent tothe 5th Expertise Committee of Forensic Medicine Institute.
